Your POS already knows what you are about to run out of
Valora connects to Square, Clover and Toast, reads every ticket, and shows you what is moving, what is quietly costing you margin, and where the night went wrong — across one location or twelve.
Running something else? Tell us which POS and we will prioritise it.
Every other tool tells you what happened. Valora closes the loop.
Restaurant analytics tools stop at the dashboard. They hand you a chart and leave the hardest part — deciding what to do, then doing it — on your desk at eleven at night. Valora is built to run the whole loop: read the sale, deduct the ingredient, catch the shortfall, draft the order.
Every ticket, every modifier, every void — synced continuously from your POS and normalised into one clean schema across all of your locations.
Recipe-level mapping turns “12 carbonaras” into guanciale, eggs and pecorino. Your true stock position, moving with every sale rather than with every count.
Forecast demand against depleting stock and surface what is about to run short — days before the walk-in tells you.
A purchase order, priced across your vendors, waiting for one-tap approval. You stay in control. You stop doing the arithmetic.
We are building the loop in order and shipping each stage as it is ready. Stage one is live and running in production today — the rest is in active development.
Live in production right now
Six departments, already in production, already running against real restaurant data. This is what you see on day one.
Revenue, covers, average check and daypart performance across every location — with trend context, not just totals.
Throughput, table turns and service-time signals that show you where the night actually slowed down.
Where the money is going, broken out by category, with variance flagged against your own history rather than a generic benchmark.
True margin by location and by period — not revenue dressed up as performance.
Current stock position and movement, with the recipe-depletion layer coming online next.
Scheduling cost against demand, so you can see which shifts are overstaffed before you pay for them.
Run one restaurant or twelve. The portfolio view compares them side by side without a spreadsheet export.
Ask it. Do not hunt for it.
Click any number on any dashboard and Valora explains it — using your history, your other locations, and what is actually driving the change. Not a generic chatbot bolted onto a BI tool.
The assistant builds each answer from the specific KPI you clicked, the active risks at that location, and how your other sites are performing on the same metric.
Model a price change, a staffing shift or a menu move and see the projected impact before it reaches your P&L.
Every recommendation is traceable back to the data that produced it, so you can disagree with it on the evidence rather than on faith.
Watch how Valora turns restaurant data into real-time insight and a decision you can actually act on.
Built for the second location and the twelfth, not just the first.
Most restaurant tools are built for a single site and bolt on “groups” later. Valora was multi-tenant from the first line of code — every query, every permission, every view. Switch between locations, or see all of them at once, without a workaround.
Every location ranked against the others on any metric you care about, in one view.
Your GM sees their site. You see everything. Enforced at the database level, not hidden in the interface.
No separate account per restaurant, and no re-authenticating to compare two of your own sites.
Minutes to connected
No hardware to install, no engineer to hire, and nothing about your service has to change.
Square, Clover or Toast. One click. No hardware, no on-site visit, and no switching providers.
Valora pulls your existing transaction history, so the dashboard is useful the first time you open it — not in ninety days.
Continuous sync on its own schedule, aware of your trading hours. Nothing for you to remember.
Read-only by design.Valora reads your sales data. It never touches payments, refunds or your customers’ payment details.
The data has always been there. Nobody was using it.
Every restaurant POS has recorded, for years, exactly what sold and when. That data sits in a reporting tab nobody opens, because turning it into a decision took a level of analysis no independent operator has time for.
Two things changed. POS platforms opened real APIs. And AI became good enough to do the interpretation layer at a price a single-location restaurant can afford.
Valora exists in that gap — not enterprise business intelligence priced down, but a system designed from the start for the operator who is also the buyer, the cook, and the person counting stock at midnight.

Per-location pricing, month to month, cancel any time. Built for independents rather than enterprise procurement committees — so the number is on the page, not behind a form.
Questions operators actually ask
Do I have to switch POS systems?+
No. Valora sits on top of Square, Clover or Toast and reads from them. Your service, your hardware and your staff training stay exactly as they are.
How long until it is actually useful?+
We backfill your existing history when you connect, so there is real analysis waiting the first time you log in rather than an empty dashboard that needs three months of data.
I run four locations on two different POS systems. Does that work?+
Yes. Mixed-POS groups are supported. Everything normalises into one view, and the portfolio comparison works across them without an export.
Is my data secure?+
Access to your sales data is read-only, encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per tenant at the database level. Valora never touches payments, refunds or your customers' payment details.
Do I need someone technical on staff?+
No. If you can log into your POS admin panel, you can connect Valora.
Can it place orders with my vendors yet?+
Not yet — that is the layer we are building now, and we are honest about it. Join early access and you will be among the first operators to use it, and to shape how it works.
What makes this different from another dashboard?+
Most tools stop at the chart. Valora is built to close the loop from the sale through to the order, and the analytics you get today are the first stage of that system rather than the whole product.
Can I cancel?+
Any time. No contract and no termination fee.
How often does the data refresh?+
Continuously through the day, on a schedule that is aware of your trading hours — it does not waste cycles syncing at four in the morning when nothing is selling.
What exactly does Valora read from my POS?+
Orders, line items, modifiers, voids, discounts, timestamps and location identifiers — the transactional record of what sold and when. It does not read card numbers or customer payment details.
Can I give my accountant or bookkeeper access?+
Yes. Access is per-user and scoped by location, so you can grant a view without handing over your own login or exposing sites they should not see.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
It remains yours. You can export before you leave, and your tenant data is removed on request rather than retained indefinitely.
How accurate are the AI insights, and can they be wrong?+
They can. Every recommendation is traceable to the underlying figures, so you can check the reasoning rather than take it on trust. Treat it as a well-briefed analyst — fast and usually right, but you are still the operator making the call.
Does it handle a bar and a kitchen with separate menus?+
Yes. Revenue centres and menu structures come across as your POS defines them, so a bar, a kitchen and a patio stay distinguishable rather than being flattened into one total.
Is there a mobile app?+
Not a native one yet. The dashboard works in a mobile browser today, and a proper iPad and phone app is on the roadmap — it is not something we will claim before it exists.
How is this different from hiring a consultant or asking my accountant?+
An accountant tells you what happened last month, and a consultant is expensive enough that you engage them once a year. Valora looks at every service, every day, for less than a shift of labour a month.
See it running on your own numbers
Connect your POS, let us pull your history, and walk through what it finds. If it does not show you something you did not already know about your own restaurant, we will have wasted exactly twenty minutes of your time.
